My journey as an athlete

Running is not a recent discovery for me; it has been a constant presence for virtually my entire life. My earliest memories on the track date back to 2002, when I was barely eight years old, taking my first steps in local youth races. That marked the beginning of a long and rewarding journey: first through early endurance races and multidisciplinary experiences with G.S.D. Sicilia Triathlon, and later maturing on the track and road wearing the colors of Team Atletica Palermo.
Guiding my path right from those very first steps has been my father, Francesco Guglielmino. As my coach, he guided every stage of my athletic and personal development—taking what started as a childhood sport and shaping it, year after year, into a conscious discipline built on structured programming, data analysis, and a continuous search for performance.
The core of the current competitive preparation.
